This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Demonstrates expertise in establishing and nurturing robust relationships with intricate customer organizations, engaging stakeholders across all pertinent business lines.
• Develops innovative solutions for complex business scenarios, presents concepts to customers, and effectively addresses challenging objections and issues presented by clients.
• Proven track record in managing critical customer or FRFS disruptions.
• Consistently ensures that FRFS System priority objectives are appropriately managed and escalated across the portfolio of accounts.
• Serves as a leader within the team, providing guidance and support to junior or new team members.
• Enhances portfolio performance and facilitates product and service evolution through customer intelligence while promoting cross-functional collaboration among Treasury product, operations, technology, and risk teams.
• Establishes customer intelligence, identifies at-risk business, and communicates essential updates for reporting and dashboards.
• Provides strategic advice to executive-level leaders by preparing pertinent customer insights and initiating senior-level engagements when necessary.
• Monitors portfolio revenue, volume, and variances, crafting proposals that align customer opportunities with FRFS value-added services.
• Leads the development of service proposals and manages the initiation of services for new customers while supporting non-routine customer issues.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent specialized training, certification, or work experience.
• A minimum of seven years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated mastery of technical skills, product knowledge, and competitive insights.
• Advanced understanding of the Federal Reserve System and the products, services, practices, and procedures of FR Financial Services.
• Expert grasp of sales principles and practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively to achieve the goals and objectives of the System.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Independent thinker with robust decision-making skills.
• Recognized as a thought leader both internally and externally in one’s technical discipline.
