This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create a strategic business plan aimed at expanding our National Tournament & Fundraiser portfolio.
• Negotiate yearly contracts with senior executives, key decision-makers, tournament organizers, and sponsors.
• Collaborate closely with and educate local event sales teams on our National Tournaments & Fundraising program; work as a unified team to implement targeted sales initiatives to enhance relationships within existing accounts and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on enhancing Tournament & Fundraising results, focusing on retention and growth (upsells, additional events).
• Implement the internal plan for account management using Salesforce, overseeing the sales cycle/transition and production metrics.
• Operate effectively within a dynamic team environment while maintaining comprehensive product knowledge across all venues nationwide.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Topgolf at National Tradeshows/Conventions, identifying new event business opportunities and enhancing brand visibility in the golf industry.
• Over 10 years of experience in Tournaments & Fundraisers/events within the sports, entertainment, and/or hospitality sectors.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of effectively communicating with new guests, returning guests, colleagues, and management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• A motivated and driven individual who can work positively with others to meet all objectives.
• Ability to formulate clear action plans and manage processes with multiple interdependencies.
• Competent in thriving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel, occasionally exceeding 50%.
