This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive growth within the value and discount retail sector for brands such as Breville, Crockpot, Sistema, and others.
• Cultivate key customer relationships with organizations like Costco, B&M, and Home Bargains to achieve sales and margin objectives.
• Develop account strategies that promote sustainable performance.
• Collaborate closely with team members across sales, marketing, and supply chain departments.
• Provide support to one Account Manager in the field.
• Be part of a dedicated sales team of four individuals focused on achieving clear objectives, building strong partnerships, and fostering a winning spirit.
• Establish a financially successful business by managing the P&L, meeting sales goals, and ensuring precise forecasting and budget oversight.
• Forge and sustain robust retail partnerships, working alongside senior leaders to facilitate effective business planning and product range enhancement.
• Promote operational excellence through well-defined execution plans and best practices in forecasting, inventory management, and service availability.
• Design and implement effective sales and marketing initiatives to boost market penetration of both new and existing products across the brand portfolio.
• Provide clear sales leadership and direction to cultivate, develop, and retain high-performing individuals motivated to excel in the marketplace.
• Substantial experience in a sales or commercial capacity, preferably with management experience or in a senior key account role within the Discount and Value sector.
• Strong business acumen and financial literacy, encompassing budgeting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated track record of driving growth and achieving commercial objectives.
• Capability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.
• Remote working arrangement (one office visit per month).
