This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Achieve growth targets established by the Company while carefully managing budgets, profitability, promotional expenditures, and profit objectives.
• Serve as a key internal and external leader for Galderma regarding assigned customers and Food COT during the annual budgeting process, MBP, or external JBP meetings.
• Lead the Commercial Action Plan related to the 4P's (price, promotion, placement, product) for the Food COT and other 3P brokerage partners.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to third-party sales agents representing Galderma and its brands.
• Collaborate on the creation of effective sales plans tailored to customers that will meet annual targets in alignment with US and Global objectives, as communicated through quarterly business reviews.
• Manage P&L effectively, including oversight of customer trade spend rates, monthly brokerage fees, sales agency revenue forecasting, and personal T&E.
• Conduct external training sessions for all agency partners and relevant customers regarding new business platforms, product launches, or other necessary topics.
• Prepare and deliver presentations during account calls, showcasing a compelling fact-based strategic selling narrative by leveraging syndicated data, market trends, account databases, and local market insights, in conjunction with corporate templates.
• Utilize industry expertise, network, and contacts to identify key decision-makers within target retailers and prospective accounts that will enhance the visibility of Galderma brands.
• Foster cross-functional relationships both internally and externally to leverage business opportunities effectively.
• Collaborate with 3P Brokers to drive profitable sales for both the customer and Galderma.
• Develop and manage promotional strategies in coordination with finance and trade marketing to align with brand strategies and advertising plans as appropriate.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• 5-8 years of CPG sales experience with a proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Three (3) or more years of managing or selling experience with Kroger in the health, beauty, or wellness sectors.
• A minimum of three (3) years of mid-level sales management experience is preferred.
• Must exhibit a self-starting, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Skilled in creative thinking and problem-solving.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset that accelerates situational assessment and decision-making.
• Experience in formulating and executing business plans that surpass expected goals.
• Capable of analyzing complex business situations, developing proposals, and presenting them to senior management.
• Ability to analyze data and observe retail trends to pinpoint opportunities and risks.
• Experienced in P&L management with a solid understanding of key line items.
• Proven ability to influence key decision-makers.
• Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, including effective communication with individuals from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
