This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee both the largest existing and new clients within the designated group.
• Deliver proactive and consultative support to clients to nurture customer relations and enhance partnerships.
• Manage client solutions, enhancements, change requests, marketing requests, and exception requests effectively.
• Execute program modifications and collaborate with business partners to launch products and programs in the market.
• Supervise enhancements and the rollout of functionalities for current products, programs, and services.
• Create and uphold the strategic plan for the department.
• Work in tandem with cross-functional partners, both internal and external, on product development, implementation, and servicing matters.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues with IT, Operations, Business Controls, Compliance Financial Crimes, Accounting, and vendors.
• Conduct competitor analysis regarding product features, pricing, and service quality.
• Mitigate financial and reputational risks to the Bancorp.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and maintain expertise in the field.
• Engage in organic growth strategies while assessing, integrating, managing, and expanding new business opportunities.
• Provide executive-level communication and advocate for clients with internal stakeholders.
• May take the lead or mentor team members.
• Bachelor’s degree focused on Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in Banking or Account Management.
• Proficient in prioritizing regular workloads, special tasks, and concurrent projects.
• Capable of allocating time and resources efficiently to complete tasks accurately within set deadlines.
• Self-driven and motivated.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision.
• Quick to develop a comprehensive technical understanding of mobile wallet and digital payment processing technologies and capabilities.
• Broad knowledge of the Payments industry and the supporting business systems.
• Highly proficient in Windows-based software applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional analytical, presentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
