• Oversee the entire podcast production process, from securing guests to coordinating post-production activities.

• Develop and execute a video-centric content strategy aimed at enhancing YouTube viewership and audience retention.

• Transform long-form content into tailored assets suitable for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.

• Work in collaboration with editors and designers to guarantee the delivery of high-quality content that aligns with brand standards.

• Create visual and promotional materials utilizing tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut.

• Write and distribute newsletters, blog posts, and resource documents that align with product objectives.

• Enhance media assets on web platforms (like WordPress) for improved SEO and discoverability.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using YouTube Studio, HubSpot, and other analytics tools to guide content strategies.

• Interact with audiences across video and podcast platforms to foster retention and loyalty.

• Assist customer success initiatives by producing educational content, including onboarding and tutorial videos.

• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, podcast production, or multimedia strategy.

• Demonstrated ability to increase YouTube and podcast audiences through data-informed experimentation.

• Proven experience in converting long-form content into successful, cross-channel campaigns.

• In-depth understanding of SEO, YouTube algorithms, and best practices for specific platforms.

• Practical experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, HubSpot, and WordPress.
