Senior Multifamily Underwriting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the process of credit approval and the closing of individual mortgage loans secured by multifamily properties.

• Prepare concise, complete, and clear Investment Briefs for loan approval and commitment with accuracy.

• Implement company policies and principles while applying critical thinking to ensure tasks are completed accurately, thoroughly, and on schedule.

• Engage in collaboration and communication with both internal and external business partners to address challenges and achieve mutual success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.

• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the commercial/multifamily real estate sector.

• Understanding of real estate property fundamentals and the processes of real estate lending/underwriting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel domestically.
