Senior MS Dynamics 365 Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Comprehend business processes across various systems

• Establish integration requirements

• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams

• Design, document, and assist in system integrations that involve Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Collect requirements and work closely with technical teams on intricate integration projects

• Create detailed user stories that include clear acceptance criteria

• Engage in projects where integrations are a fundamental aspect of the solution framework

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a MS Dynamics Consultant in an Agile setting

• Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps for managing user stories (not for technical hands-on development)

• Significant experience in designing, documenting, and supporting system integrations related to Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Strong proficiency in API-based integrations, including RESTful APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns

• Demonstrated experience as an Integration Consultant, gathering requirements and collaborating with technical teams on complex integration projects

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience or knowledge of Azure Integration Services, APIs, and event-driven architecture

• Exceptional skills in crafting complex user stories with clear acceptance criteria

• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Exposure to Sales, service, or marketing domains and their associated business processes

• Nice to have: experience or knowledge of middleware and data mapping

• Nice to have: understanding of data models, workflow automation, and system governance

• Proficient in English at an advanced level
