Senior Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop effective and innovative video creatives for advertising on Facebook and Google that distinguish the Nebula brand from competitors.

• Continuously generate and implement creative ideas in video and animation formats, driven by campaign performance analysis.

• Ensure a significant impact on engagement and conversion for millions of users through digital creatives.

• Create video creatives that attract and convert audiences on global digital platforms.

• Analyze the effectiveness of creatives and launch new iterations based on data insights.

• Collaborate with the marketing team for brainstorming sessions, testing approaches, and implementing optimal solutions in large-scale advertising campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have 3+ years of experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Experience in creating video and animated creatives for digital platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, and others).

• Proficient in AI tools for generating images or videos (Midjourney, Kaiber, Runway, Kling, Elevenlabs).

• You possess a keen sense of composition, typography, color, and attention to detail.

• Stay updated on digital trends and understand the requirements of advertising platforms.
