Senior Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize, direct, and produce animated videos for advertising our mobile games across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc., ensuring a focus on performance and clarity of messaging.

• Act as the primary authority on Motion art direction, establishing the visual language including color, typography, composition, pacing, style, and transitions.

• Develop, organize, and maintain templates (in After Effects / Premiere) to enhance production efficiency and creative variations.

• Create and modify animated banners, static banners, and various other ad formats.

• Generate assets for social media including posts, stories, reels, and shorts that align with User Acquisition campaigns.

• Produce screenshot assets and app preview videos for app store listings.

• Play a role in standardizing and organizing the production pipeline, as well as establishing best practices for file management and template documentation.

• Provide guidance and support to Mid-level and Junior team members, helping to elevate the technical and creative standards of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in key Adobe applications, particularly After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator; experience in motion-focused art direction from concept through to final animation; a solid grasp and consistent application of the 12 principles of animation; history of editing and creating reusable, scalable templates.

• Extensive experience in video production, image retouching, and audio editing for advertisements and digital content.

• Strong grounding in design principles including typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and layout.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with established best practices for versioning and file organization.

• A portfolio showcasing technical expertise, art direction, and proficiency in solving visual challenges.

• Advanced or fluent English skills for managing content, references, and internal communications.

• Experience commensurate with a senior level, demonstrating autonomy and active involvement in creative decision-making.
