Senior Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns in the UK, product explainers, social media content, and digital advertising.

• Generate and design storyboards, frames, and animation sequences that align with the objectives of the UK brand.

• Ensure visual consistency and uphold technical quality across all motion outputs.

• Enhance design quality through innovative experimentation, art direction, and compelling storytelling.

• Collaborate closely with UK Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to convert objectives into motion-oriented content.

• Provide mentorship to junior motion designers and oversee creative execution for projects in the UK.

• Work in partnership with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to create cohesive multimedia content.

• Supervise the motion production process from concept to delivery, guaranteeing efficiency and technical excellence.

• Handle multiple projects concurrently, balancing creative innovation with prompt delivery.

• Remain updated on UK and global trends in motion design, animation techniques, and creative tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design software (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus).

• Strong storytelling ability, with a keen sense of timing and visual composition.

• Demonstrated capability to lead creative direction and guide teams towards impactful visual results.

• Excellent skills in project management, organization, and communication.

• A portfolio or showreel showcasing advanced work in motion design and animation.
