This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Advises existing customers of the firm and potential clients identified through strategic initiatives on suitable loan solutions.
• Oversees a portfolio of client relationships while actively seeking new opportunities to retain and attract clients.
• Crafts and prepares loan solutions, referring additional products and services as needed. Reviews documentation to ensure compliance and manages the customer pipeline for optimal efficiency.
• Works collaboratively with both internal and external parties to facilitate mortgage transactions.
• Gathers and evaluates financial information from customers, particularly for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
• Well-versed in aligning customer needs and satisfaction as a core focus in all business decisions, leveraging this knowledge to create tailored customer solutions.
• Capable of assessing and effectively managing risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure compliance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Knowledge of Banking Products

• Sales proficiency
• A university or college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Alternatively, a comparable combination of education, relevant certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
