This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee assigned cases by effectively utilizing case management and billing systems.
• Offer guidance for specific travel requirements, advise on the immigration process, and act as a contact point for business travel and sponsorship cases.
• Deliver legal and strategic advice on immigration compliance service delivery to clients.
• Take responsibility for senior-level escalations to assist Mobility Specialists.
• Support leadership in managing extensive projects.
• Supervise the Mobility dashboard, communication, and help channels to ensure SLA response times and accurate status updates.
• Create in-house immigration services to enhance revenue generation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
• Mentor and assist Mobility Specialists and Coordinators.
• Contribute to training documentation and facilitate training rollouts for process modifications.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on immigration law, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes and managing internal documentation.
• Utilize immigration expertise to provide solution-oriented responses on complex client cases.
• Immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Germany.
• Significant experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or related immigration roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of immigration matters and the typical processes involved in immigration compliance.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in the tech industry or a rapidly growing scaling environment is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Experience with remote work is a plus.
• Strong capabilities in automation and AI fluency.
