⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in mobile application development, particularly with strong expertise in React Native.

• Proven experience in designing and building scalable, maintainable mobile applications using established software architecture and engineering best practices.

• Proficient in developing applications that accommodate intermittent or offline connectivity, including local databases and mobile synchronization strategies.

• Skilled in integrating Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or similar hardware/device communication into mobile applications.

• Experience in native Android or iOS development is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Agile software development environments, including tools like Jira, Gitflow, and modern CI/CD practices.

• Proven track record of mentoring developers, spearheading technical initiatives, and collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

• A keen interest in learning about agriculture and utilizing technology to enhance farm operations.
