This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Own Mobile Roadmap: Oversee the product backlog, establish priorities, craft user stories, and guarantee that engineering teams have well-defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive Product Delivery: Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to outline, plan, test, and launch significant product initiatives across mobile and web platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, support, analytics, marketing, and business stakeholders to ensure that product initiatives are in line with company objectives and user needs.
• Prioritize with Data: Leverage analytics, experimentation, customer feedback, and operational insights to prioritize features and enhancements that yield measurable results.
• Champion the User: Represent the interests of both members and hosts by pinpointing friction points, validating assumptions, and enhancing the overall user experience.
• Lead Agile Processes: Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives while ensuring strong alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Measure and Optimize: Track KPIs associated with engagement, retention, activation, conversion, operational efficiency, and product performance to consistently improve outcomes.
• Experiment and Iterate: Assist in implementing product experiments, A/B tests, and iterative improvements that help validate concepts and expedite learning.
• Improve Operational Efficiency: Discover opportunities to streamline workflows, minimize friction, and enhance scalability across both internal and external product experiences.
• 6+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or comparable product delivery roles, preferably within mobile, marketplace, or B2C environments.
• Proven experience with mobile applications, possessing a robust understanding of mobile user behavior, usability, and product delivery cycles.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience in managing product backlogs and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Proficient in utilizing product metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks to guide prioritization and decision-making.
• Ability to distill quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable product recommendations and tradeoff choices.
• Record of successfully launching products and features from concept through to launch, iteration, and optimization.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication, capable of aligning cross-functional teams around priorities and outcomes.
• Proven ability to balance user needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and operational realities in decision-making.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, GA4, or other similar product and analytics platforms.
• Highly organized, proactive, and accountable with a strong sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.
