This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery planning for mobile product initiatives.
• Develop and sustain prioritized roadmaps, release schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Manage sequencing, prioritize tasks, oversee work-in-progress, and resolve dependencies.
• Coordinate execution efforts across engineering, growth, analytics, QA, and leadership stakeholders.
• Convert strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear execution priorities.
• Investigate feature opportunities, gather customer feedback, and analyze product signals to guide roadmap decisions.
• Assess effort versus impact to aid in prioritization and investment choices.
• Facilitate sprint planning, manage backlogs, coordinate releases, and conduct delivery reviews.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and align on mitigation strategies.
• Lead discussions that remove obstacles for teams and speed up decision-making.
• Ensure alignment of mobile, backend, analytics, and growth initiatives throughout the execution phase.
• Establish operational processes that enhance predictability, velocity, and quality of releases.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a role such as Technical Program Manager, Technical Producer, Delivery Lead, or a similar position supporting consumer mobile applications.
• Demonstrated experience in launching products on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience with consumer-facing applications that have a substantial user base.
• Strong foundation in agile delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, release coordination, and dependency oversight.
• Practical experience in coordinating efforts among mobile, backend, analytics, QA, and product teams.
• Advanced skills in Jira and agile project management workflows.
• Strong product judgment demonstrated through contributions to discovery, requirements definition, and prioritization processes.
• Capable of independently leading initiatives from planning to release.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Comfortable influencing senior leaders and making prioritization suggestions.
• Proficient in English: C2 level (both written and verbal).
• Availability to work in American time zones.
• Strong overlap with Americas working hours is required.
