This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Enhance and sustain our infrastructure for Kubeflow, Feast, and Spark-on-Kubernetes, ensuring it can manage the growing complexity of both traditional machine learning and emerging AI technologies.
• Create internal tools, APIs, and abstractions that empower distributed teams to take ownership of their entire lifecycle, shifting our data culture from a "centralized bottleneck" to a "self-service excellence" model.
• Collaborate with integrated Data Science teams to incorporate software engineering best practices (CI/CD, versioning, testing) into ML-specific workflows, elevating the standards for production-grade AI throughout the organization.
• Promote MLOps best practices and delineate the specific lifecycle requirements for LLMOps, ensuring a seamless transition from experimental notebooks to robust, production-ready solutions by providing exceptional deployment frameworks and automation.
• Work closely with our Infrastructure and Data teams to dismantle silos and incorporate ML artifacts into our global Data Catalog, Privacy, and Governance frameworks.
• Motivate and empower others by genuinely prioritizing your own wellbeing as well as that of your colleagues.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Crossplane), and Observability.
• Proficient in the Kubeflow platform, Spark engine, AWS ecosystem, and Kubernetes.
• Strong Python programming skills focused on developing reusable libraries, APIs, and tooling abstractions.
• Capable of collaborating with Data Science teams to translate complex use cases into scalable "paved road" solutions.
