This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, adapt, assess, and operationalize Machine Learning models and components.

• Work with embeddings, rerankers, classifiers, language models, specialized models, and evaluation mechanisms.

• Create pipelines for experimentation, validation, versioning, deployment, and monitoring of models.

• Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices, connecting models to the production lifecycle of the platform.

• Evaluate performance, cost, latency, quality, security, and stability of models in various scenarios.

• Support strategies for fine-tuning, prompt evaluation, dataset curation, model routing, fallback, and inference optimization.

• Build metrics, tests, and processes to ensure quality and reliability of models in production.

• Collaborate with AI Engineering, Data, and Platform teams to integrate models into services, APIs, and applications.

• Document experiments, technical decisions, evaluation criteria, and reusable standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in applied Machine Learning, model evaluation, and solution operationalization.

• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or equivalents.

• Familiarity with NLP, embeddings, information retrieval, classification, and model evaluation.

• Experience with ML pipelines, model versioning, datasets, and experiments.

• Strong understanding of ML metrics, validation, overfitting, drift, bias, and monitoring.

• Ability to transform experiments into productive and integrable components.

• Knowledge of APIs, containers, cloud technologies, and model deployment.

• Attention to security, privacy, traceability, and governance of models.
