Senior Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop foundational machine learning systems for an advanced AI product.

• Take ownership of the entire process: from data preparation to training, evaluation, inference, and iterative improvements.

• Convert research concepts into functional production systems.

• Diagnose model issues using signals from production.

• Collaborate effectively with research, product, and engineering teams.

• Provide mentorship to fellow ML engineers.

• Operate within production constraints.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in machine learning systems.

• Expertise in Python programming.

• Familiarity with PyTorch or JAX.

• Knowledge of GPU-based training and inference systems.

• Solid understanding of contemporary ML models used in production environments.

• Capability to produce high-quality production code.

• Quick learner with excellent communication abilities.
