This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Following your individual onboarding, you will assume significant responsibilities in our projects.
• You will design and implement contemporary analytics and data platforms utilizing Microsoft Fabric.
• Your role will involve constructing end-to-end data value chains, encompassing ingestion, transformation, modeling, and visualization.
• You will develop and deploy lakehouse, warehouse, and comprehensive Fabric architectures.
• Your tasks will include modeling high-performance data models and semantic layers.
• You will create insightful Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Advising our clients throughout the process, from requirements gathering to go-live, will be part of your responsibilities.
• You will be accountable for architecture, technology, and design decisions.
• Your expertise will also extend to non-technical areas such as platform operations, data governance, and effective cost management.
• Optionally, you may provide technical guidance to colleagues and assist in presales activities.
• A completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics with a focus on IT, or an equivalent qualification.
• A hands-on approach combined with a strong technical affinity and a passion for innovative topics (e.g., Data Agents, real-time analytics, Fabric IQ).
• Several years of professional experience in analytics, BI, or data platform environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and/or related Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake).
• Experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and analytical architectures.
• Proficient in SQL; ideally also familiar with DAX, Python, or Spark.
• Enjoy consulting, working independently, and engaging with clients.
• Fluent in both German and English, in written and spoken form.
• A high level of personal responsibility and freedom in defining your working style.
