Senior MI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Comprehend and uphold a reporting solution that satisfies the requirements of the Capita PCSE contract.

• Develop, sustain, and share clear, informative dashboards that illustrate departmental performance in relation to objectives.

• Offer insights into potential improvements in performance.

• Ensure that dashboards are user-friendly for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Conduct regular reviews of dashboards with stakeholders.

• Document the processes involved in reporting.

• Gather inputs from various teams across all business areas.

• Assess data collection processes for effectiveness and efficiency.

• Oversee internal and external resources, timelines, and milestones across a diverse range of industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and SSIS — Essential.

• Prior experience with data warehousing solutions.

• Capability to reverse engineer reports and solutions.

• Familiarity with Power BI — Desirable.

• Competence in requirements elicitation principles and techniques.

• Extensive knowledge of BI tools.

• Ability to convert complex requirements into high-performing solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.
