This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more countries.
• Manage and oversee a variety of Social Media accounts
• Provide direct support to client contacts
• Conduct weekly communications with vendors or operational partners regarding assigned tasks, work quality, and potential improvements
• Develop quarterly strategies for clients
• Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
• Grasp client positioning and distinct value propositions
• Ensure accurate lead routing within a CRM system
• Oversee personal productivity and utilization
• Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet both internal and client objectives
• Recognize the importance of Programmatic campaigns
• Foster cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through client relationships and professional networks
• Implement and refine LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copy creation, TAM development, and targeting to enhance ROI
• Manage around five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
• Achieve department KPIs, encompassing client growth, goal achievement, client NSMs, and client satisfaction
• Establish client trust and relationships that encourage renewals
• Cross-sell services that align with client objectives
• Relay results to client contacts and executives
• Make strategic decisions regarding account direction
• Travel to meet clients approximately once a year for each client or as necessary
• Over 2 years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, directly supporting B2B clients
• Extensive knowledge in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or Meta ad formats, including conversation ads, document ads, and CTV
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Meta Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and similar platforms
• Strong grasp of paid advertising principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
• Capability to analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms
• Ability to drive and measure outcomes using OCT
• Experience in audience segmentation by tier, job title, and similar criteria
• Proven track record of success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
• Competence in translating and articulating strategy and conveying narratives with data
• Proficiency in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects concurrently
• Willingness to travel to client sites approximately once a year for each client or as necessary
• Capacity to work from a home office with dependable internet access
• Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and interpret written and/or verbal communication
• Must possess current US work authorization without sponsorship and reside in the US
