This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of and direct campaign strategy, structure, and optimization primarily on Meta, while actively managing other relevant channels such as Google, TikTok, and more.
• Create sophisticated scaling strategies, audience expansion frameworks, and budget reallocation plans based on performance data.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to establish and oversee creative testing frameworks, offering platform-specific guidance informed by results.
• Lead discussions with clients regarding performance, articulating insights, testing results, and strategic recommendations in a clear and confident manner.
• Conduct in-depth channel-level analyses that extend beyond mere reporting, linking data to business outcomes and guiding subsequent actions.
• Address complex tracking challenges, attribution inconsistencies, and performance issues across platforms, including GTM and pixel-level diagnostics.
• Provide mentorship to junior media buyers through training, constructive feedback, and daily coaching.
• Enhance and manage campaign documentation, quality assurance standards, and onboarding materials for the media buying team.
• Collaborate with the Funnel team to synchronize paid media strategies with landing page performance and offer testing.
• Assist in the standardization of planning frameworks, reporting standards, and team processes.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in paid media with a demonstrated success record in either an in-house or agency setting.
• Preferred BA/BS degree in marketing or business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive and proven knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including the management of complex campaign structures, audience strategies, and algorithm-driven optimizations.
• Proven capability to scale paid media budgets while maintaining or enhancing performance efficiency.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic, or CTV preferred).
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and funnel analysis: CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA, AOV, and LTV.
• Ability to create structured media plans that include targeting strategies, campaign architecture, and budget allocations.
• Experience in developing and implementing creative testing frameworks with clear hypotheses and performance-driven iterations.
• Proficient in troubleshooting tracking issues at the pixel, UTM, and attribution levels; GTM experience is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms.
• Strong communication skills with experience leading client calls and presenting performance insights to stakeholders.
• Capability to effectively mentor and coach junior team members.
• Active working knowledge of AI tools integrated into daily workflows to enhance efficiency, analysis, creative iteration, or reporting—not just theoretical familiarity.
