This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Meta advertising campaigns for a portfolio consisting of 10+ active client accounts.

• Create, evaluate, and refine lead generation, Video Sales Letter (VSL), and booked-call funnels to optimize conversions.

• Take full ownership of the client relationship by leading weekly reporting calls and delivering clear, actionable insights.

• Work directly with leadership to craft aggressive ad creatives, encompassing hooks, angles, and copy.

• Supervise budgets, pacing, and ad delivery to guarantee efficient scaling and return on investment (ROI).

• Proactively identify underperforming metrics before they escalate into issues and independently adjust strategies.

• Document and standardize internal processes in preparation for onboarding junior media buyers.

• Stay ahead of platform modifications and algorithm changes to ensure clients maintain a competitive advantage.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing monthly Meta ad spends ranging from $30k to $100k+ across various accounts.

• Specific expertise in the Home Services, Home Improvement, or Contractor sectors.

• Profound understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and optimization of lead quality.

• Proven history of scaling campaigns profitably while adhering to a structured testing methodology.

• Possess an extreme ownership mentality: proactive rather than reactive, taking pride in account performance.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading client calls independently without requiring assistance.

• High degree of data literacy with the ability to simplify complex metrics into clear business outcomes.

• Experience in mentoring or evaluating the work of junior media buyers.

• Background in developing VSL (Video Sales Letter) funnels for lead generation purposes.

• Prior experience in a leadership or "head of" position within a performance agency.

• Extensive technical knowledge of tracking, attribution, and CRM integrations.
