Senior MES Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services to the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.

• Collaborate with project teams to facilitate the implementation of manufacturing software.

• Undertake various roles within the software development life cycle, including programming, project management, software validation, and unit testing.

• Communicate effectively with clients and work alongside both team members and external stakeholders.

• Conduct development or validation tasks for the OpsTrakker mobile application during non-client hours.

• Participate in project activities that necessitate personal interactions among EIS, vendors, and customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be fluent in Japanese.

• Comprehension of the software development life cycle and familiarity with its various phases, such as gathering user requirements, developing software code, and/or executing test protocols.

• Required experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Systems.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.

• Experience in authoring and/or implementing MES software packages like POMS/POMSnet, Emerson Syncade, Korber PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, OpsCenter, or other MES tools utilized in Life Sciences.

• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
