Senior MEP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage the MEP scope from preconstruction phase through to commissioning.

• Supervise RFIs, submittals, procurement processes, and vendor coordination.

• Conduct constructability reviews and engage in technical planning.

• Coordinate MEP trades and synchronize schedules with field teams.

• Monitor MEP budgets, costs, and manage change orders.

• Assist in commissioning readiness and facilitate system turnover.

• Collaborate effectively with controls, field personnel, and commercial teams.

• 8–15+ years of experience in MEP project management.

• In-depth understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems.

• Proven experience in large-scale or mission-critical construction projects.

• Proficiency in using construction management tools and reporting mechanisms.
