📋 Description

• Lead the organization of intricate meetings

• Act as the primary resource for clients and the team

• Strategically plan and execute large-scale meetings with accuracy

• Oversee budgets and uphold financial oversight

• Actively enhance processes and client interactions

• Over 5 years of experience in meeting management

• Strong customer service and contract negotiation skills

• Experience in planning sales meetings and year-start meetings

• Knowledge of Cvent and video conferencing platforms

• A degree, ideally in a relevant field

• A positive demeanor and effective problem-solving abilities
