Senior Medical Writing Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Create project timelines, standards, budgets, forecasts, and contract modifications for designated projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members as necessary to achieve project deliverables.

• Ensure the successful completion of final deliverables within the contractual timeframe by preparing and monitoring schedules.

• Assess and appropriately escalate or resolve risks related to project quality, budget, or timeline.

• Maintain compliance with quality processes and requirements for the assigned projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/BA in a scientific discipline preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Prior experience that equips the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the role (equivalent to 5+ years).

• Required experience in managing medical writing or clinical projects.

• Experience in managing ICF content is a plus.

• Previous work experience in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry is preferred.

• Advantageous experience in medical writing (e.g., Regulatory and/or plain language).
