This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a scientific authority and external representative for Olema.
β’ Interact with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers to promote scientific dialogue.
β’ Share medical and clinical information while supporting Olema's medical affairs goals.
β’ Identify, establish, nurture, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and researchers.
β’ Create and implement territory engagement strategies that align with medical affairs objectives.
β’ Provide medical and scientific insights to internal teams.
β’ Facilitate and assist with new and ongoing clinical research initiatives.
β’ Conduct medical education programs and presentations for healthcare professionals.
β’ Doctorate degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD).
β’ Expertise in oncology therapeutics is essential.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in medical affairs or field medical roles with a proven track record of high performance.
β’ Experience with solid tumors is required, with a strong preference for breast cancer experience.
β’ Prior experience in clinical trial development and drug launch is highly preferred.
β’ Field medical experience in the Southeast region is strongly preferred.
β’ Excellent analytical skills that demonstrate the ability to identify and comprehend complex issues or problems.
β’ Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary.
