This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

• Show a thorough grasp of current oncology treatment guidelines (e.g., ESMO, NCCN, local protocols).
• Understand the customer landscape, including systems, accounts, and key stakeholders such as oncologists, hematologists, tumor board/multidisciplinary team members, and hospital pharmacists.
• Effectively utilize promotional materials, clinical data, and reprints.
• Comprehend local healthcare systems, including the oncology patient pathway (diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, approval committees).
• Adhere to compliance, ethical, and legal standards.
• Analyze territory and accounts to make informed trade-off decisions using relevant data and resources (e.g., results, quotas, tracking tools, segmentation).
• Identify opportunities by evaluating growth potential, benefits, effort, account influence, and access.
• Stay informed about competitors' products within the oncology portfolio.
• Apply product knowledge effectively to achieve targets.
• Enhance each customer interaction through professionalism, respect, integrity, expertise, relationship-building, and passion (Every Interaction Matters).
• Collaborate with colleagues to create exceptional customer experiences.
• Engage in meaningful dialogue by inquiring about customers' priorities and demonstrating sensitivity to time constraints, regardless of their position within the account.
• Respond swiftly and appropriately to customer needs.
• Assess the execution of territory and account plans, making prompt adjustments based on results.
• Actively seek and incorporate customer feedback.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints accurately and promptly.
• Gain access to customers, including in restricted-access settings typical of the oncology hospital environment.
• Manage customer objections effectively.
• Employ suitable closing and negotiation techniques.
• Document details of promotional calls and set objectives for subsequent calls.
