This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.
• Evaluate operational and workflow data to pinpoint inefficiencies, underlying causes, and opportunities for enhancing processes within the Medical Coding Automation product.
• Develop and propose scalable solutions that emphasize automation, AI-driven workflows, and operational effectiveness rather than manual procedures.
• Work collaboratively across Product, Operations, Commercial, and R&D teams to facilitate the implementation of workflow improvements.
• Generate and uphold project plans, presentations, stakeholder communications, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and effective execution.
• Guarantee compliance with medical coding standards, regulatory guidelines, and coding quality expectations throughout workflows and operations.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Medical Coding, Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare operations, or a related field is required.
• CPC and/or CCS certification from AAPC or AHIMA is mandatory.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience with implementing or supporting computer-assisted coding, coding automation tools, AI-enabled healthcare technologies, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Agile frameworks, or SQL/reporting tools is preferred.
