This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Direct the cross-channel paid media strategy for enterprise and multi-location clients.
β’ Take ownership of performance from start to finish across your accounts.
β’ Manage cross-channel budgets with meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Ensure measurement integrity across your accounts.
β’ Create and implement structured tests utilizing the TELO framework.
β’ Provide clear, high-level performance narratives to clients and internal stakeholders.
β’ Enhance the quality of work within the team by mentoring junior practitioners.
β’ Over 5 years of hands-on experience in large-scale paid search management.
β’ Significant cross-channel experience (paid social, programmatic, or similar) is a strong advantage.
β’ Profound understanding of keyword strategy, match types, auction dynamics, and Smart Bidding.
β’ Proficient in core performance metrics (CPA/CPL, ROAS, CVR, impression share, lost impression share).
β’ Familiarity with GTM, conversion tracking, and data feed management.
