This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Oversee the comprehensive management of assigned paid media accounts from start to finish.
• Achieve pacing and KPI targets for managed accounts.
• Lead all aspects of Paid Search strategy, project ideation, road mapping, and testing, guiding the team with assurance and direction.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and the Media Supervisor to determine client objectives, priorities, and efficiency needs.
• Proactively seek to enhance billing for current accounts and identify opportunities for expanding media coverage for new clients.
• Constantly pursue knowledge of new strategies, experiment with new platforms, and broaden Cardinal’s Paid Media services.
• Serve as the primary contact point both internally and externally for all ‘owned’ accounts, accountable for pacing and performance.
• Generate reports, draft insights, and maintain communication with clients for assigned accounts.
• Oversee the ongoing management of held accounts, including optimizations, structural updates, bidding strategies, conversion types, and copy revisions.
• Develop and adjust strategic ideas for all accounts, crafting and modifying campaign strategies to align with each client's business goals and internal objectives.
• Design and implement tests in accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis, covering structural, targeting, creative & messaging, and conversion aspects.
• Ensure continuous testing, validation, and enhancement of full-funnel structures.
• 4-5+ years of experience predominantly in Paid Search.
• Ideal candidates should also possess experience in Paid Social, Programmatic, or both.
• Required platform expertise: Google Ads.
• Suggested additional platform knowledge: Bing, Meta, and a DSP platform.
• Proven experience managing paid media budgets exceeding $100k per month.
• Skilled in driving paid media strategy and conducting tests.
• Confident in effectively communicating with and persuading clients.
• Strong reporting and insights skills, with a knack for identifying and optimizing towards client business objectives.
• Experience in full project ownership, from drafting strategy briefs and recommendations to executing campaigns/tests and reporting outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Capable of interfacing with both internal team members and clients.
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities.
