This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Effective end-to-end oversight of assigned paid media accounts.
• Achieve pacing and KPI targets for managed accounts.
• Take charge of all Paid Search strategies, project conceptualization, road mapping, and testing, guiding the team with assurance and direction.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and the Media Supervisor to determine client objectives, priorities, and efficiency needs.
• Proactively work to enhance billing for current accounts and identify opportunities to broaden media outreach for new accounts.
• Continuously seek to learn new strategies, experiment with emerging platforms, and expand Cardinal’s Paid Media offerings.
• Serve as the primary contact, both internally and externally, for all 'owned' accounts, accountable for pacing and performance.
• Generate reports, draft insights, and maintain communication with clients for assigned accounts.
• Oversee the ongoing management of held accounts, which includes optimizations, structural updates, bidding strategies, conversion types, and copy adjustments.
• Responsible for strategic brainstorming across all accounts, designing and modifying campaign strategies to align with each client’s business objectives and internal goals.
• Design and execute tests within accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis (structural, targeting, creative & messaging, conversion, etc.).
• Ensure ongoing testing, validation, and enhancement of full-funnel structures.
• 4-5+ years of experience, predominantly in Paid Search.
• Preferred candidates should also have experience in Paid Social, Programmatic, or both.
• Required platform proficiency: Google Ads.
• Suggested additional platform knowledge: Bing, Meta, a DSP platform.
• Experience managing paid media budgets exceeding 100k per month.
• Proven experience in driving paid media strategy and testing.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with and persuade clients.
• Excellent at reporting and insights, with a keen ability to identify and optimize based on client business objectives.
• Experience in comprehensive project ownership, from crafting strategy briefs and recommendations to deploying campaigns/tests in-platform and reporting results.
• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to interact effectively with both internal team members and clients.
