This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Effective end-to-end management of assigned paid media accounts.
• Achieve pacing and KPI targets for managed accounts.
• Take full ownership of Paid Search strategy, project ideation, road mapping, and testing, guiding the team with assurance and direction.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and the Media Supervisor to pinpoint client goals, priorities, and efficiency requirements.
• Proactively work to increase billing for current accounts and identify opportunities for expanding media coverage for new accounts.
• Continuously strive to learn new strategies, experiment with new platforms, and broaden Cardinal’s Paid Media services.
• Serve as the main point of contact both internally and externally for all 'owned' accounts—responsible for pacing and account performance.
• Generate reports, write insights, and communicate with clients regarding designated accounts.
• Oversee the ongoing maintenance of managed accounts, including but not limited to optimizations, structural updates, bidding methods, conversion types, and copy revisions.
• Responsible for strategic ideation across all accounts, designing and refining campaign strategies to align with each client’s business objectives (and internal goals).
• Design and execute tests in accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis (covering structural, targeting, creative & messaging, conversion, etc.).
• Commit to continuous testing, verification, and enhancement of full-funnel structures.
• 4-5+ years of experience, predominantly in Paid Search.
• Preferred candidates will also have experience in Paid Social, Programmatic, or both.
• Required platform expertise: Google Ads.
• Suggested additional platform familiarity: Bing, Meta, or a DSP platform.
• Experience managing paid media budgets exceeding 100k per month.
• Proven track record in driving paid media strategy and testing.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and persuade them.
• Exceptional skills in reporting and insights, with a knack for identifying and optimizing towards client business goals.
• Experience in complete project ownership, from crafting strategy briefs and recommendations to executing campaigns/tests in-platform and reporting on outcomes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to engage with both internal team members and clients.
• Strong multitasking skills and capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
