This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee the complete management of specified paid media accounts from start to finish.
• Achieve pacing and KPI targets for managed accounts.
• Lead the Paid Search strategy, project ideation, road mapping, and testing, providing guidance and direction to the team.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and the Media Supervisor to determine client objectives, priorities, and efficiency needs.
• Actively seek to increase revenue for existing accounts and identify opportunities to broaden media coverage for new clients.
• Continuously explore new strategies, test innovative platforms, and enhance Cardinal’s Paid Media services.
• Serve as the primary contact both internally and externally for all managed accounts, accountable for their pacing and performance.
• Generate reports, draft insights, and engage with clients regarding designated accounts.
• Manage the ongoing upkeep of held accounts, including but not limited to optimizations, structural updates, bidding strategies, conversion types, and copy revisions.
• Responsible for strategic brainstorming on all accounts, tailoring campaign strategies to align with each client’s business objectives (and internal goals).
• Design and implement tests within accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis (covering structural, targeting, creative & messaging, conversion, etc.).
• Commit to ongoing testing, verification, and enhancement of full-funnel structures.
• 4-5+ years of experience, predominantly in Paid Search.
• Preferred candidates will also have experience in Paid Social, Programmatic, or both.
• Required expertise in platforms: Google Ads.
• Recommended familiarity with additional platforms: Bing, Meta, and a DSP platform.
• Experience managing paid media budgets exceeding 100k per month.
• Proven track record in driving paid media strategy and testing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively.
• Proficient in reporting and insights, with a knack for identifying and optimizing towards client business objectives.
• Experience in comprehensive project ownership, from drafting strategy briefs and recommendations to deploying campaigns/tests in-platform and reporting outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Capable of collaborating with both internal team members and clients.
