
Senior Media Buyer — potential Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Development and implementation of campaign strategies adhering to funnel logic (TOFU/BOFU): setting objectives (lead generation and brand building), managing budgets, establishing naming conventions, defining audiences (broad/interests/lookalikes/remarketing), and selecting placements.
• Configuration of tracking and data: Conversions API / pixels, GA4 + GTM, UTM parameters; ensuring clean mapping within the CRM.
• Management of KPIs across both platforms: CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, CPL/CPA, ROAS — inclusive of budget reallocations, consolidation versus diversification strategies.
• Engagement in testing and proactive involvement in creative iterations (hooks, angles, formats; focusing on initial seconds/thumb-stoppers).
• Onboarding clients (access, expectation management, ramp-up, test roadmap) while closely collaborating with Client Services, Media Creation, and Tech teams.
• Conducting quality assurance: pre-flight QA (events, target/optimization event, UTM, landing page accessibility), daily monitoring, and weekly reviews.
• People and process management (team lead perspective): providing support, prioritizing tasks, conducting reviews/QA, and enhancing playbooks, checklists, and templates.
• Over 5 years of experience in performance marketing, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google, focusing on direct response and lead generation.
• Proficiency in tracking tools: GA4, GTM, pixels/Conversions API, UTM; skilled in attribution reconciliation (7d-click/1d-view versus CRM).
• A direct-response copy and offer mindset: adept at crafting headlines/hooks, ensuring landing page relevance, and conducting hypothesis-driven testing.
• Strong capabilities in budget management and scaling multiple accounts (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Proficiency in German: C1+; English: B2.
• Exceptional, proactive communication skills.
• Strong ability in the iterative development of creatives.
