Senior Media Buyer – Meta

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Take complete responsibility for the Meta Ads backend on both Facebook and Instagram.

• Develop, sustain, and refine the structure of campaigns, ad sets, and ads.

• Conduct daily uploads of creative materials, swaps, and tests across various formats.

• Ensure the Ads Manager is organized, consistent, and dependable.

• Proactively oversee budgets, adjusting expenditures and reallocating resources based on performance indicators.

• Optimize the entire funnel within Meta, covering prospecting, retargeting, and retention strategies.

• Drive results against essential KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, CPM, CTR, and CPC.

• Make swift, data-informed optimizations directly within Meta Ads Manager.

• Maintain precision and execution discipline in a high-volume setting.

• Quickly address performance fluctuations, creative weariness, and pacing requirements.

• Work closely with creative and growth teams to align with channel objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Meta Ads Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager for Facebook and Instagram (essential).

• DTC Experience: Demonstrated success in scaling DTC consumer brands through Meta Ads.

• Campaign Execution: Strong understanding of campaign structures, ad set frameworks, and creative testing methodologies.

• Budget Management: Proven experience in effectively managing and scaling advertising budgets.

• Tracking Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Meta Pixel and conversion event configuration.

• Analytics: Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for analyzing performance data.

• Ownership Mindset: Ability to operate independently with full responsibility for outcomes.

• Execution Focus: Detail-oriented, quick to act, and excels in environments with a strong emphasis on accountability.
