This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
β’ Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) for multiple e-commerce clients.
β’ Oversee the entire media buying cycle: strategy, creation, optimization, scaling, and reporting.
β’ Lead client communication regarding performance, strategy, and recommendations.
β’ Collaborate with the creative team on ad testing frameworks and creative iteration.
β’ Build and document repeatable systems for account management and reporting.
β’ Identify growth opportunities and translate data into actionable strategies.
β’ Extensive experience in Google Ads with a strong background in growth marketing and strategy.
β’ Proven track record of managing advertising spend ranging from $150K to $250K per month per brand.
β’ Direct experience in e-commerce (DTC, Shopify, etc.).
β’ Agency experience or managing multiple brands is preferred.
β’ Comfortable in customer-facing environments (calls, reporting, strategic conversations).
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
β’ Native-level English proficiency.
β’ Self-directed: this is not a junior or mid-level position. You should be able to manage accounts, build systems, and deliver reports independently.
β’ This is a remote position. You can work from home!
