Senior Media Buyer – Facebook, Google Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete technical setup and optimization of campaigns on Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)

• Develop and oversee intricate ad units, including manual carousel builds, dynamic product ads (DPA), and catalog sales

• Strategically plan, execute, and enhance high-performing PPC campaigns across all platforms

• Diligently monitor and refine bidding strategies, audience segments, and funnel structures to achieve ROAS and CPA objectives

• Examine campaign data, derive insights, and offer strategic recommendations to enhance ROI

• Implement A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies

• Manage Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and API conversions at an advanced level to ensure data accuracy

• Monitor performance using platform-specific dashboards and analytics tools

• Establish and optimize conversion tracking, remarketing campaigns, and audience segmentation

• Effectively manage ad budgets, ensuring campaigns align with pacing, spending, and target KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA)

• Confidently oversee and pace large-scale monthly budgets involving multi-million dollar lifetime expenditures

• Craft engaging ad copy and collaborate closely with design teams to create captivating creatives

• Compile and present detailed performance reports to clients and stakeholders

• Remain up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns

• Demonstrated experience managing substantial ad spend ($1M+ annually)

• Profound, native understanding of Meta Business Manager and Google Ads platforms

• Proven ability to drive significant conversions (leads/sales) at scale

• Expertise in setting up and optimizing conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities

• Capability to discuss account structures and results during the interview process
