Senior Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Plan, initiate, and enhance paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.

• Oversee advertising campaigns in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors while adhering to industry regulations and platform guidelines.

• Create audience targeting and acquisition strategies tailored for patients, healthcare professionals, and healthcare organizations.

• Track campaign performance, evaluate KPIs, and optimize for ROAS, lead generation, and growth in conversions.

• Execute A/B testing on creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.

• Handle advertising budgets and scale campaigns according to performance insights.

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce effective healthcare-focused campaigns.

• Compile performance reports and offer strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in media buying and paid advertising.

• Demonstrated experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, or wellness sectors.

• In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.

• Experience in managing compliant healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing campaigns.

• Strong grasp of conversion tracking, attribution, retargeting, and campaign optimization.

• Proficient in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio.

• Experience in managing advertising budgets and optimizing for ROI.

• Strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities.

• Preference for candidates with experience working with remote or cross-functional teams.
