This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Examine and oversee performance metrics across various digital media campaigns, including Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, Video, and CTV.
• Create regular and on-demand reports to assess campaign efficiency and uncover performance trends.
• Convert campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Assist in the creation of measurement frameworks, KPI structures, and analyses of campaign performance.
• Collaborate with media, marketing, and analytics teams to address business inquiries and assess campaign results.
• Utilize SQL and Python for analysis, data preparation, automation, and insight generation.
• Aid in test-and-learn initiatives by supporting hypothesis formulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain data quality, ensure reporting accuracy, and uphold consistency across analytics outputs.
• Contribute to audience analysis, campaign measurement, and performance reporting initiatives.
• Facilitate marketing effectiveness analyses by integrating insights from Marketing Mix Models (MMM), attribution frameworks, and other measurement techniques to evaluate channel performance and business impact.
• Significant experience in analyzing campaign performance across various digital media channels.
• Strong grasp of media metrics, campaign structures, optimization strategies, and reporting methodologies.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for analysis, data preparation, automation, and insight generation.
• Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and performance analyses that inform business decisions.
• Capability to identify trends, diagnose performance drivers, and articulate findings clearly.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional and client-facing environments.
• Familiarity with media platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, CM360, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Adobe Analytics.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Understanding of marketing measurement methodologies, including A/B testing, attribution, conversion lift, brand lift, geo-testing, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
• Ability to interpret MMM outputs and apply findings to support media investment, budget allocation, and campaign optimization decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong capabilities in data analysis.
• Experience with marketing performance data and knowledge of media effectiveness measurement frameworks, including attribution and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
• Ability to link campaign-level performance metrics to larger business outcomes and marketing investment strategies.
