Senior Mechanical Engineer, Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical development of our innovative products (ebikes, cargo bikes, e-mopeds) from inception to readiness for mass production.

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure feasibility in manufacturing and assembly while addressing any technical challenges during the specification and development phases.

• Enhance our current products by testing and assessing integrated hardware components and sourcing alternative parts for the bikes (including practical, mechanical, and electrical components).

• Travel to our production facilities to oversee the operations of manufacturers located in Europe and Asia.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical, Design, Industrial, Aeronautical, Automotive, or Mechatronic Engineering.

• Experience in e-bike or bike development is preferred but not essential.

• Experience working with manufacturers and suppliers based in Asia.

• Proficiency in hardware development and project management.

• Knowledge of product life cycle management.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
