Senior Mechanical Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Assume a leadership role in the design of mechanical systems, which include HVAC, plumbing, and piping.

• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level professionals in MEP engineering.

• Assist in proposal development efforts.

• Lead design initiatives across various markets and geographical locations.

• Navigate efficiently through all design phases, from conceptual planning to construction documentation.

• Engage directly with clients.

• Work collaboratively with the Professional Design Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in MEP.

• Proficient in essential software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM.

• Experienced in mentoring and training team members.

• Proven ability to lead projects, contribute to proposal efforts, and maintain client relationships.

• A PE License is required, or successful completion of the PE exam with pending licensure.

• Strong collaborative skills within a team environment, a positive outlook, the ability to multitask, and self-motivation to deliver high-quality results.

• Eagerness and capacity to learn and grow in a professional setting.
