This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the development of 10-year sustainability and decarbonization strategies for health-system clients
• Take ownership of retro-commissioning and energy modeling for central plants, air handling units, terminal equipment, and energy management systems
• Create investment-grade Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) and sustainable MEP standards
• Act as the primary client and construction liaison throughout the implementation and commissioning phases
• Obtain efficiency incentives via utility technical-assistance studies
• Influence the AI/ML tools that enhance our analytical capabilities
• Provide mentorship to emerging engineers in the field
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10–15 years of relevant experience
• Professional Engineering license required
• Extensive experience in energy modeling and retro-commissioning
• Proven ability in developing ROI-driven ECMs
• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 20%)
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare or other critical facilities
• Conducting investment-grade audits
• Experience in automation or tool development
• Proficiency in Revit and eQUEST software
• Participation in ASHRAE/IBPSA activities
