This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Overall responsibility for our Amazon business (focus on DACH, potential expansion to the USA).
• Amazon PPC & Performance Marketing: Strategy, management, and optimization of all Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD) including DSP – you will independently manage the advertising budget towards profit goals (TACoS, contribution margin).
• Listing & Content Optimization: Development and continuous enhancement of product listings, A+ content, and brand stores – including AI-supported content and image creation (with support from the internal design team).
• Product Range Development: Independent research and identification of products that fit into our portfolio as "Amazon-First".
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring all relevant KPIs (TACoS, ACoS, profit, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance) and deriving specific actions.
• Building & Managing your own freelancer team (e.g., VAs for listing maintenance, reporting, reviews) – you will receive your own budget and manage your setup independently.
• Direct collaboration with management – you will report directly to the management and actively shape the Amazon strategy.
• You have several years of experience as an Amazon Manager / Marketplace Manager and have demonstrably managed brands in the 7-figure+ revenue range.
• You have deep expertise in Amazon PPC and manage advertising budgets independently towards profit goals (not just ACoS) – performance marketing is your core strength.
• You are proficient with Helium 10, Sellerboard (or comparable tools) and are familiar with Brand Analytics.
• You actively utilize AI tools (Claude, Nano Banana, etc.) for content and image creation.
• You work analytically, independently, and entrepreneurially – you aim to run a business, not just execute tasks.
• You possess fluent German skills and good English proficiency to interact confidently with tools, platforms, and international freelancers.
