Senior Marketplace Channel Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.

📋 Description

• Directs the strategy for building relationships with Temu, Best Buy, and Wayfair to ensure Spreetail is positioned for success and fully capitalizes on all channel initiatives.

• These initiatives encompass areas such as promotions, advertising, reviews, content optimization, shipping speed, and customer experience.

• Acts as a key partner to channels, exploring collaborative growth opportunities.

• Establishes metrics to gauge success.

• Collaborates with the Channel Operations team to ensure that all backend operations function optimally: customer feedback ratings, shipping metrics, active listings, and returns.

• Demonstrated ability to lead discussions at the executive level with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strategic and innovative thinker, proficient in identifying and articulating new business opportunities.

• Forward-looking perspective on channel management, with a clear vision of future trends and how Spreetail can thrive in changing markets.

• Proven track record of full P&L ownership and accountability.

• Comprehensive understanding of retail pricing strategies and their effects on business performance.

• Highly skilled in creating both financial models and workflow/process models to support strategic objectives.

• Previous experience in the e-commerce sector, with a thorough grasp of its unique challenges and opportunities.

• Experienced in cross-functional collaboration within large, intricate organizations.
