This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main senior transformation partner and liaison for designated global Business Lines.
• Develop relationships with leaders of Business Lines to grasp their priorities, capability requirements, as well as market challenges and opportunities.
• Represent the priorities of Business Lines in global planning, governance, and transformation discussions.
• Oversee and propel change and transformation initiatives involving processes, platforms, tools, AI applications, playbooks, and scalable operational methods.
• Disseminate best practices and assist in onboarding stakeholders from Business Lines.
• Promote consistent execution across digital, offline, and sales channels in go-to-market strategies.
• Enhance collaboration between sales and marketing and improve the quality of handovers.
• Encourage more effective usage of go-to-market platforms, tools, and data.
• Provide counsel to Business Line stakeholders regarding marketing and sales capabilities, platforms, and services.
• Ensure effective planning, coordination, execution, and alignment of stakeholders for marketing initiatives.
• Stimulate the adoption of marketing campaigns and sales enablement practices that enhance commercial effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Gather, consolidate, and prioritize business requirements, capability demands, and feedback to shape global transformation strategies.
• Identify capability gaps and define scalable enablement, process enhancements, and transformation strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and platform teams on strategic projects.
• Monitor adoption rates, readiness, business impact, and benefit realization across Business Lines.
• Champion audience-centric, local-first, and data-driven decision-making within marketing and commercial teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Digital Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in Marketing, Commercial/Sales Excellence, Business Transformation, Campaign Management, or Marketing Consulting.
• In-depth understanding of B2B go-to-market models, ideally within MedTech, healthcare technology, life sciences, or other intricate enterprise settings.
• Demonstrated success in leading or supporting business transformation, enhancing marketing and sales team capabilities, or digital marketing transformation initiatives in a complex B2B context.
• Experience collaborating with multiple senior stakeholders in global matrix organizations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, cross-functional project management, consulting, facilitation, and change leadership abilities.
• Strong grasp of full-funnel processes, sales enablement, customer engagement, and campaign execution frameworks.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation platforms, sales enablement platforms, or data-driven commercial operating models is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English are essential.
• Strong business insight, strategic thinking capabilities, and comprehension of stakeholder objectives and organizational dynamics.
• Ability to persuade and align senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Proficient in moderation, workshop facilitation, and engaging with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile, Design Thinking, Structured Problem Solving, and other transformation methodologies.
• Capability to convert business requirements into actionable initiatives and manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently.
• High sense of ownership, initiative, self-motivation, results orientation, and emphasis on quality and execution.
• Robust service orientation and focus on delivering stakeholder value.
• Enthusiasm for transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to work consistently within Eastern Time Zone business hours while maintaining overlap with European and Pacific Time Zone hours.
• The successful candidate must be able to operate with controlled technology in compliance with U.S. export control regulations.
