Senior Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement the marketing strategy for the U.S., encompassing campaigns, content, events, and channel approaches.

• Oversee the visual representation of our U.S. brand, including presentations, sales materials, social media assets, website content, and booth designs.

• Convert technical and clinical information into engaging and persuasive marketing content.

• Organize and manage our participation at major compounding pharmacy conferences and industry gatherings.

• Collaborate closely with our pharmacy clients to develop customer stories and case studies.

• Work alongside the global marketing and product teams in Helsinki to ensure brand consistency across different regions.

• Monitor campaign effectiveness and make adjustments based on performance metrics that drive results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with knowledge of pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences.

• Familiarity with the U.S. compounding pharmacy sector, including 503A/503B regulations, key associations (APC, PCCA, NCPA), and the regulatory environment.

• A strong eye for design and aesthetics, capable of leading or creating polished, on-brand assets using Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Exceptional writing skills, maintaining a consistent brand tone across long-form content, social media, and sales materials.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, remote environment.

• Bonus: Established connections within the U.S. compounding pharmacy community or experience introducing products to U.S. pharmacy channels.
