This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manages the paid media strategy and execution across major channels such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Reddit, and programmatic platforms (DSPs), taking full responsibility for performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Actively suggests the optimal channel mix, budget distribution, and spending levels based on study demand, past performance, and enrollment objectives.
• Continuously evaluates campaign performance metrics (CPL, conversion rates, randomization yield) and optimizes in real-time to enhance efficiency and results.
• Aligns marketing strategies with study-specific recruitment needs, identifying trials at risk of low enrollment and implementing targeted advertising interventions.
• Collaborates closely with site teams and recruitment operations to create, test, and execute customized recruitment plans for priority studies.
• Oversees the entire patient acquisition funnel, encompassing ad creative, landing pages, prescreeners, and follow-up workflows to maximize conversion rates and enrollment.
• Utilizes AI tools and data-driven insights to improve targeting, creative development, and funnel performance.
• Creates scalable playbooks and best practices for patient recruitment across various indications and channels.
• Mentors and supports junior marketing team members, offering guidance on campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
• Contributes to broader marketing initiatives such as website updates, collateral creation, and community outreach as required.
• Upholds and ensures strict compliance with best practices, FDA regulations, ICH (International Conference on Harmonization), GCP (Good Clinical Practices), CenExel standard operating procedures, site working practices, protocols, and company policies.
• Takes on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, showcasing success in optimizing campaigns for ROI and performance targets.
• Extensive knowledge of digital advertising platforms: Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Reddit; experience with DSP/programmatic buying is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the patient recruitment lifecycle, including prescreeners, landing page optimization, and conversion funnel management.
• Proven ability to convert data into actionable strategies, including budget allocation and performance optimization.
• Experience in clinical research, healthcare marketing, or patient recruitment is strongly preferred.
• Capable of functioning both strategically and hands-on in campaign execution.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (sites, operations, recruitment).
